The Starfish Trees are hand-crafted, signed, mixed-media art pieces made on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. These popular three-dimensional trees are thoughtfully crafted through a 24-step process using natural starfish, reclaimed wood and repurposed turbo shells in five color families. Considered heirloom Christmas treasures as well as year-round decorative art, the trees are 13.5-14.5 inches tall and 6-7 inches in circumference. Starfish symbolize love and renewal, fitting for these much-loved sea stars.

Yes! What makes our Starfish Trees special is each is all its own! The starfish, shells, reclaimed bases and more will differ from tree to tree, though we like our customers to have a chance to choose what shell color family they would like to receive. Regardless of materials used, our trees are always thoughtfully designed and consistently constructed throughout each of our 24-step manufacturing process.

We are sorry, but no. Due to the popularity of the trees and our ever-evolving inventory, our small team is unable to post images of each individual tree. We feel sure you will love the tree we create just for you using the shell of your chosen color family. There will be no other Starfish Tree like yours!

No. But we think our creations are pretty great! Our products are made by imperfect human hands and organic materials, so our products will not be “perfect” as a factory-manufactured product you may find at a big box store.

Yes! We are happy to offer local pick-up at The UPS Store in Gulfport, MS, at 45 Hardy Court Shopping Center, Gulfport, MS, 39507. Store hours are: Monday-Friday 8 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. and Saturday 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Closed Sunday. You will receive a confirmation email that your order is ready for pick-up; please bring the email with you to the UPS Store. Orders are usually available for free local pick-up in 2-3 business days.

Please allow extra time for production and shipping, as we are committed to excellent craftsmanship of each handmade piece. 

We ship exclusively via UPS. The trees are shipped UPS Ground with 2-5 business day delivery. If not shipped with trees, other products will be shipped UPS First Class. 

We ship orders as soon as possible without compromising quality, so typically your shipped products should arrive within ten days or shortly thereafter, although carrier shipping times vary and delivery times could be more, particularly to longer destinations and during holiday periods.

Shipping will be paid by the buyer in the agreed upon amount at the time of online purchase.

If an item is lost or damaged during shipping, we will work with our carrier to resolve the situation in a timely manner. In many cases, that would mean sending a new product to the buyer at no additional cost.

We want you to be absolutely thrilled when your Flair Gifts package arrives, so we always do what we can to make you happy. Because of that, we are always willing to consider each case when it comes to exchange or refunds.

Typically, though, items are only entitled to be refunded or returned based on damage or complaint. If you find an item unsatisfactory, a written explanation is needed within one week of receipt by the buyer before the item may be considered for exchange or refund. We ask the buyer to take into account the description of the item before requesting a refund. As stated in our policies, buyers do not receive the exact product featured online, although trees are made with consistency of materials. If the item matches the description by the seller and the buyer is unsatisfied, the seller is not responsible for a refund unless a package is lost or damaged. We make a special effort to bring to life our products in photos and descriptions so that the buyer may make informed purchasing decisions.
